Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Chris Lambers brings 19 years of experience in the restaurant industry to Que Hospitality. He spent 11 years with Bonefish Grill and has spent the last 8 years managing and directing operations for local restaurants and bars in Charlotte. His extensive experience and leadership skills in the Charlotte hospitality industry has made him an indispensable member of the Que Hospitality leadership team.
Chris's love for food began in childhood. Originally from South Korea, he had limited exposure to American cuisine and also suffered from food sensitivities. But by age 10, his food sensitivities disappeared and Chris used his palate as his guide to learning new foods. This newfound freedom to explore flavors led him to pursue a career in Culinary Arts, which he studied at Johnson & Wales University.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud father to four children—Aubrey (15), Jonathan (11), Charlie (7), and Mason (4) — and husband to his wife and soulmate, Krisya. He enjoys soccer, cooking, attending events, and is always eager to try new dishes and explore new places.
