Partner & Events Manager
Born in North Carolina, Danielle Carbajal grew up as an Army brat, living and traveling across the U.S. and Europe. Her journey in the restaurant industry began at 18, and she gained most of her experience working with Richard Sandoval Restaurants. Starting as a server, she quickly advanced to Assistant General Manager and then became a corporate trainer, traveling across the country to open new concepts for the company. During this time, she worked closely with Manny.
Ten years ago, Danielle moved to Charlotte to partner with Manny in launching the Que Onda concept. She served as the General Manager of Que Onda Matthews for four years and managed events part-time while raising her three children, Max, Mason, and Madison.
Danielle currently serves as Partner & Events Manager for Que Hospitality. She coordinates all catering and all special events for all Que Hospitality brand locations.
Danielle is married to Mario Carbajal and loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and trying new cuisines.
