Cooking has always been a part of Chef Juan Romero's life. Born into a family of self-taught home cooks, Chef Juan discovered his love for the culinary arts at a young age. While attending college for a degree in Business Administration, he realized that his true passion lay in the kitchen. He made the decision to leave college and pursue his culinary dreams, enrolling in the Culinary Arts program at The Art Institute of Washington, where he earned his Associate Degree.

Chef Juan's career took off while he was working as a server at La Sandia, a restaurant by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval. It was there that he first crossed paths with Manny Flores, who was then the General Manager. Little did they know that their paths would cross again years later, with Chef Juan taking on the role of Culinary Director at Que Hospitality.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Juan brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Que Hospitality. His passion for cooking, combined with his formal training and extensive experience, has made him an integral part of the team.

When he's not in the kitchen, Chef Juan enjoys traveling, discovering new flavors, and cooking for his family. He finds joy in spending time with his wife, Maria, and their children, Agustina (6) and Enzo (1), creating memories around the dinner table.
