Manny Flores, an esteemed restaurateur and the visionary owner of Que Hospitality, has dedicated his career to celebrating the rich and diverse flavors of Latin cuisine. With over two decades of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Manny has established himself as a leading figure in the Charlotte culinary scene. His journey began in his family’s kitchen, where he developed a deep appreciation for the traditional recipes and ingredients of his heritage. He went on to work with and later be trained by José Andrés, where he learned all about Spanish cuisine, as well as the ins and outs of managing every aspect of a restaurant. Manny then moved onto working with Richard Sandoval to better learn the landscape of Latin cuisine, before moving to Charlotte to begin his career as a restauranteur. 

Manny's passion for food and culture is evident in every aspect of Que Hospitality. Under his leadership, the restaurant group has flourished, known for its commitment to authenticity, innovation, and exceptional service. With a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for excellence, Manny has created dining experiences that are not just meals, but celebrations of Latin culture. His restaurants are a testament to his dedication to quality and his love for sharing his rich culinary heritage with the world.

Additionally, Manny is a loving father to his two sons Manny Jr. and Matteo, and husband to Paola, whom he met working in a Spanish restaurant in DC. His love of food and family is a part of everything he does and why he’s so passionate about creating a warm dining experience at every one of his restaurants.
